The processing time that it takes for orders to ship to you differs depending on the particular product- most orders ship within 7 business days. If you have questions on processing times, please email us at: jenny@literarycreationsbyjenny.com.

Once the product has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS and Literary Creations by Jenny is not responsible for any products being lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

In order to help cut down on shipping costs to customers, we offer flat rate shipping of $6.50 per order (US only) and free shipping on orders over $75 (US only).

We offer shipping to Canada. All international orders will be covered by shipping insurance.

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Literary Creations by Jenny is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jenny@literarycreationsbyjenny.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
