Once the product has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS and Literary Creations by Jenny is not responsible for any products being lost or delivered to the wrong address.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping rates vary based on the product ordered. Please refer to individual listings for exact shipping prices.

Domestic (USA) shipping is free for orders over $75+. Orders that qualify for free shipping (via this offer or any other offer), will be shipped via the least expensive shippings method (typically first class mail). If you wish to upgrade your shipping service, the extra cost to do so is the responsibility of the customer.

We offer shipping to Canada. All international orders will be covered by shipping insurance.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Literary Creations by Jenny is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jenny@literarycreationsbyjenny.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
